How do I return an item?

The return of an article must be made by mail.

Resend the article to: Avenida Carlos Silva no 9 A-B, 2780-354 Oeiras.

The article must present the corresponding receipt and must be accompanied by the duly completed return form.

Items must be in their original condition.

Vintage Bazaar will only support the return cost in case of item defect or incorrect sent.

Vintage Bazaar is not responsible in case of loss.

 

The exchange of an article may be made in one of the Vintage Bazaar stores (Chiado or Santo Amaro de Oeiras) or by mail.

 

In store:

Items must be in their original condition.

The article must present the corresponding receipt.

The user may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value or receive a valley refund worth the same value of the article and have a 90-day period for the use on a Vintage Bazaar store.

 

By mail:

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.

 

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

 

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

If the refund amount is incorrect please contact our costumer service by sending an email to vbonline@vintagebazaar.pt, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

Cancellation Policy

Purchase cancelations can be done within 14 days after the order arrival, without the need for indicating a motive for the decision. The easiest way to do this is via the return form (included in your order) which needs to be filled and sent along with the items you wish to return, so we can attend the request. However, and to make this process easier, if you inform us of your cancelation decision within the same 14 days – via e-mail to vbonline@vintagebazaar.pt – your request is also valid.

We will reimburse all payments, including shipping costs. This will be done in the same payment method you used to place your order. The payment will be hold until the returned items have arrived at VB or until you send us evidence that the items are being returned – whichever information we receive first.

The items should be shipped back within 30 days after the order arrives at the client’s address. For returns, all the shipping costs are covered by the client.

Vintage Bazaar reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
