Vintage Bazaar has physical stores in Santo Amaro de Oeiras and Aljezur. During the summer months, you can visit us at Casa da Cultura in Comporta; the dates will be announced in due course.

To ensure a secure shopping experience, we make sure that all transactions take place on platforms that are nationally or internationally recognized for their reliability and security. On the Vintage Bazaar website, you can choose to pay for your orders using one of the following methods:

Your order will be canceled, and the items will become available again on our website. Please place a new order as soon as possible so you don’t miss out on these items.
Your credit card may be declined for the following reasons:
- Your card has expired – please check its expiration date;
- You have exceeded your credit limit – please check with your bank;
- The information you entered is incorrect – please make sure all fields have been filled out correctly;
- The 3D Secure system is not working – 3D Secure is an international security system that protects both merchants and consumers in banking transactions – please check with your bank to find out how to enable this option.
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your item(s), you have 30 calendar days from the date on your receipt to send them via mail or drop them off at one of our physical stores.
To begin the exchange or return process, you must fill out the form available on the Vintage Bazaar Exchange and Return Policy page .
Please note that items must meet certain condition requirements, namely:
- The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear or any visible damage;
- You must ensure that the item comes with its accessories (if applicable) and the original tag;
- It must be shipped in a properly sealed package.
Please note that Vintage Bazaar is not liable if the returned item is damaged.
If you are shipping by mail, the recipient is Vintage Bazaar, and the address is the one listed on your receipt: Avenida Carlos Silva, nº 9 A-B, 2780-354 Oeiras.
As soon as we receive your item(s) at our facility, we will begin the exchange or refund process as quickly as possible and will contact you via email or phone.
In the case of a return, please note that after the refund is authorized and the process is confirmed via email, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in the recipient’s bank account, due to factors beyond Vintage Bazaar’s control. The refund will be processed within 15 business days.
Please note that only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded. Shipping costs for your order, such as the cost of shipping to our facilities (if applicable), will only be refunded in exceptional cases, such as when the item shipped was purchased defective or did not match what was ordered.

If the purchase was made at one of our physical stores, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit. We do not issue cash refunds for items purchased at physical stores, except in cases where the purchased goods are defective.
In cases where the purchase was made through the online store, and once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used by the consumer in the original transaction, in accordance with Article 20(5) of Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of October 18.

Click "Forgot your password" and enter your email address in the field provided.
You will then receive an email with a link that you need to click to reset your password.

First, make sure the coupon code is entered correctly.
You should enter the promo code in the designated field when you view your cart and before proceeding to checkout.
You may use only one promo code per purchase, and it applies only to items from the new

As long as your order is still being processed when you contact us, it is possible to update your order details.
If your order is in the “completed” status, and for reasons beyond Vintage Bazaar’s control, the details cannot be updated, and the customer is solely responsible.

If your order has a status of “completed,” we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to the Exchanges and Returns section for instructions on how to proceed.
Generally, our sizes are one-size-fits-all; however, some styles may fit sizes S/M, while others may fit sizes M/L or XL.
You can find all the details, such as the bust and waist measurements (from seam to seam) and the length, in the product description.
Some items come in specific sizes (XS, S, M, L, and XL); in that case, you can choose the size that best fits you.

If an item is out of stock, you won't be able to view it on our website.
Our stock is limited, and we generally do not restock, with a few exceptions.
However, we will try to make it available to you again if it is restocked or if it is available in our physical stores.

Our in-store inventory is separate from our online store; however, if you’d like to order an item from one of our physical stores and have it delivered to your home, you can do so without any restrictions.

These days, our products are shipped all over the world!
Vintage Bazaar ships worldwide; however, please note that these shipping processes take longer than shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, and shipping costs are also higher (they vary by region and are calculated automatically during the checkout process).
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible.
However, during new collection launches or sales periods, there may be a slight delay due to the increased volume of orders.
For orders with a delivery address in the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated shipping time is 24 to 48 hours.
For orders destined outside the Iberian Peninsula, shipping times are longer and generally range from 3 to 12 business days.
Once your order has been shipped from our facilities, you will receive a notification via
email or phone with delivery information.
Please note that these shipping times do not apply to pre-order items;
in these cases, the estimated shipping times will be longer. For items available for pre-order, we provide detailed information regarding the estimated shipping times.

In-store pickup at physical locations:
This option does not incur any additional cost. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notifying you to collect it.
Home delivery:
You can request delivery to any address you specify. Shipping costs via CTT are calculated automatically during the checkout process.
As soon as your order leaves our facility, Vintage Bazaar will send you a notification to the email address you used to place your order. That email will include the tracking number so you can track the status of your order (if you can’t find the email, please check your spam folder).

The photographs are taken in high definition to show each product in detail. However, different devices may affect the color of the image, so it may not match the actual product 100% and there may be a slight difference in color.
On printed items, the placement of the design may vary within the same model.
Handcrafted items may have slight variations in finish.
