Vintage Bazaar has physical stores in Santo Amaro de Oeiras, Chiado, Porto and Aljezur. During the summer months you can visit us at Casa da Cultura, in Comporta, with the date to be announced in due course.

To ensure a safe shopping experience, we ensure that all transactions are carried out on platforms that are recognised nationally or internationally for their credibility and security. On the Vintage Bazaar website, you can choose to pay for your orders using one of the following methods:

Your order will be cancelled and your items will be available again on our website. You should place a new order as soon as possible to avoid losing your items.
Your credit card may be declined for the following reasons:
- Your card is expired – please check its validity;
- You have exceeded your card limit – please check the situation with your bank;
- The data entered is not correct – please check that all fields have been filled in correctly;
- The 3D Secure System is not working – 3D Secure is an international security system that protects both merchants and consumers in banking transactions – please check with your bank how to activate this option.
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your item(s), you have 30 non-working days after the date of the purchase receipt to send it by post or deliver it to our physical stores.

We remind you that articles must meet certain condition conditions, namely:
- The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or any visible damage;
- You must ensure that the item comes with accessories (if applicable) and the original label;
- It must be sent in a properly sealed package.
Please note that Vintage Bazaar is not responsible if the returned item is damaged.
In case of sending by post, the recipient is Vintage Bazaar and the address is the one on the purchase receipt: Avenida Carlos Silva, nº 9 AB, 2780-354 Oeiras.
As soon as we receive your item(s) at our facilities, we will begin the exchange or refund process as soon as possible and will contact you by email or phone.
In the case of a return, please note that, after the refund has been authorized and the process has been validated by email, it may take a few days for the amount to reach the destination bank account, for reasons beyond Vintage Bazaar's control. The refund period is 15 working days.
Please note that you will only be refunded the value of the returned item(s). Shipping costs for your order, such as the cost of shipping to our premises (if applicable) will only be refunded in exceptional cases, for example, if the item sent was purchased defective or did not match what was ordered.

If the purchase was made in one of the physical stores, the refund will be processed by issuing a voucher. Cash refunds will not be made for items purchased in physical stores, except in cases where the goods purchased are not in conformity.
In cases where the purchase was made in the online store, and after approval of the return, the refund will be made through the same payment method used by the consumer in the initial transaction, in accordance with art. 20., no. 5 of Decree-Law no. 84/2021, of October 18.
If for some reason you do not remember your password or are unable to log in,
your personal account for shopping can be recovered in the log in area.
Click on "Forgot your password" and fill in your email in the corresponding field.
You will then receive an email with a button that you must click to reset your new password.

First of all, you must make sure that the coupon code is written correctly.
You must enter the promotional code in the field provided for it, when accessing your cart and before continuing to checkout.
You can only use one promotional code per purchase and it is only applicable to items from
new collection.

While the order is being processed, you can update the order details by contacting us.
If your order status is “completed”, for reasons beyond Vintage Bazaar’s control, the data cannot be updated, and is the sole responsibility of the customer the order data at the order.

If the order is in “completed” status, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please see the Exchanges and Returns section to find out how to proceed.
As a rule, our sizes are unique, however some models may fit sizes S/M and others may fit sizes M/L or XL.

Some items have specific sizes (XS, S, M, L and XL), in which case you can choose the size that best suits you.

If an item is out of stock you will not be able to view it on our website.
Our stock is limited and we do not normally replenish, with a few exceptions.
However, we will try to make it available to you again if it is restocked or if it is available in our physical stores.

The stock in our stores is independent of the online store, however if you are interested in ordering an item from one of our physical stores and wish to receive it at home, you can do so without any restrictions.

Vintage Bazaar ships worldwide, however we would like to point out that these shipping processes take longer when compared to shipping to the Iberian Peninsula, and the shipping costs are also higher (they vary depending on the region and are calculated automatically during the check-out process).
We work to process your order as quickly as possible.
However, during collection launches or sales periods, there may be a slight delay due to the large volume of orders.
For orders whose delivery address is the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated delivery time
Shipping takes 24 to 48 hours.
For orders shipped outside the Iberian Peninsula, shipping times are extended and generally vary between 3 and 12 working days.

In-person survey at physical stores:
This method does not represent any additional cost to your purchase. When your order is ready for collection in store, you will receive an email to collect it.
Home delivery:
You can request delivery to any address you specify. The costs for shipping by CTT are calculated automatically during the check-out process.
When your order leaves our premises, Vintage Bazaar will notify you by the email address you used to register your purchase. This email will contain the tracking number so you can track the status of your order (if you cannot find the email, check your spam box).

The photographs are taken in high definition with the aim of reproducing each of the products in detail. However, different devices may influence the color of the image and therefore it may not correspond 100% to reality, and there may be a subtle difference in color.
In printed articles, the position of the design may vary within the same model.
In articles with handmade processes there may be slight differences in the finish.
