Vintage Bazaar has physical stores in Santo Amaro de Oeiras, Chiado, Porto and Aljezur. During the summer months you can visit us at Casa da Cultura, in Comporta, with dates to be announced in due course.

For you to have a safe shopping experience, we make sure that all transactions take place on platforms that are recognized nationally or internationally for their credibility and security. On the Vintage Bazaar website you can choose to pay for your orders using one of the following methods:

Your order will be canceled and your items will be available again on our website. You should place a new order as soon as possible so as not to lose your items.
Your credit card may be refused for the following reasons:
- Your card has expired - please check its validity;
- You have exceeded your card limit - please check with your bank;
- The data entered is not correct - please check that all fields have been filled in correctly;
- 3D Secure is not working - 3D Secure is an international security system that protects both merchants and consumers in banking transactions - please check with your bank how to activate this option.
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your item(s), you have 30 non-working days after the date on the purchase receipt to send it by post or have it delivered to our physical stores.

We remind you that the items must meet certain conditions of condition, namely:
- The item must be in perfect condition, with no marks of use or any visible damage;
- You must ensure that the item comes with the accessories (if applicable) and the original label;
- It must be sent in a properly sealed package.
Please note that Vintage Bazaar cannot be held responsible if the returned item is damaged.
In the case of sending by post, the recipient is Vintage Bazaar and the address is the one on the purchase receipt: Avenida Carlos Silva, nº 9 A-B, 2780-354 Oeiras.
As soon as we receive your item(s) at our premises, we will start the exchange or refund process as soon as possible and will contact you by email or cell phone.
In the case of a return, please note that once the refund has been authorized and the process has been validated by email, it may take a few days for the amount to reach the destination bank account, for reasons beyond Vintage Bazaar's control. The deadline for reimbursement is 15 working days.
Please note that only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded. The shipping costs of your order, as well as the cost of sending it to our premises (if applicable) will only be refunded in exceptional cases, such as if the item sent was purchased defective or does not correspond to what was ordered.

If the purchase was made in one of our physical stores, the refund will be made by issuing a voucher. No cash refunds will be issued for items purchased in physical stores, except in cases of non-conformity of the goods purchased.
In cases where the purchase was made in the online store, and after approval of the return, the refund will be made through the same means of payment used by the consumer in the initial transaction, by application of article 20, no. 5 of Decree-Law no. 84/2021, of October 18.
If for some reason you can't remember your password or can't log in to
your personal account to make purchases, you can retrieve it in the log in area.
Click on "Forgot your password" and fill in your email address in the relevant field.
You will then receive an email with a button that you must click to reset your new password.

First of all, you must ensure that the coupon code is spelled correctly.
You must enter the promotional code in the field provided when you access your cart and before proceeding to checkout.
You can only use one promotional code per purchase and it only applies to items from the
new collection.

While the order is being processed, by contacting us, it is possible to update the order details.
If your order is in "completed" status, and for reasons beyond the control of Vintage Bazaar, the details cannot be updated and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If the order is in "completed" status, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please refer to the Exchanges and Returns section to find out how to proceed.
As a rule, our sizes are one size fits all, but some models may fit sizes S/M and others M/L or XL.

Some garments come in specific sizes (XS, S, M, L and XL), in which case you can choose the most appropriate size for you.

If an article is out of stock, you won't be able to see it on our site.
Our stock is limited and we don't usually replenish it, apart from a few exceptions.
However, we will try to make it available to you again in the event of a replacement or if it is available in our physical stores.

The stock in our stores is independent of the online store. However, if you are interested in ordering an item from one of our physical stores and would like to have it delivered to your home, you can do so without any restrictions.

Vintage Bazaar ships all over the world, but we would just like to point out that these shipping processes take longer when compared to shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, and shipping costs are also higher (they vary depending on the region and are calculated automatically during the check-out process).
We work to process your order as quickly as possible.
However, during collection launches or sales periods, there may be a slight delay due to the large volume of orders.
For orders with a delivery address on the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated time for
shipping is between 24 and 48 hours.
For orders with a destination outside the Iberian Peninsula, shipping times are extended and generally vary between 3 and 12 working days.
Once the order has been dispatched from our premises, you will receive a notification by
e-mail or telephone with the delivery information.
Please note that these delivery times do not apply to pre-sale items and that,
in these cases, the delivery times will be longer. For items available on pre-order, we provide full details of the expected delivery times.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For shipments outside the European Union, Vintage Bazaar is not responsible for delays and customs costs. These will be borne by the customer.
We offer the following shipping/pick-up methods in store.
In-person pick-up in physical stores:
This method does not represent any additional cost to your purchase. When your order is ready for collection at the store, you will receive an email to pick it up.
Home delivery:
You can request delivery to any address you choose. The cost of shipping via CTT is calculated automatically during the check-out process.
As soon as your order leaves our premises, Vintage Bazaar notifies you by email of the address you used to register your purchase. This email contains the tracking number so that you can follow the status of your order (if you can't find the email, check your spam folder).

The photographs are taken in high definition in order to reproduce each product in detail. However, different devices may influence the color of the image and therefore it may not correspond 100% to reality, and there may be a subtle difference in color.
On printed items, the position of the design may vary within the same model.
There may be slight differences in the finish of handcrafted items.

You can add the products you like to your favorites or to your cart. However, in order to secure the items, you must complete the purchase and make your payment.
