1.1 The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide customers with all necessary information regarding the terms of contracts for the sale of products and the provision of services entered into remotely in Portugal, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14.
1.2 Users of the website must carefully read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy before using the site, as by placing an order they are agreeing to these general terms and conditions of sale as well as the privacy policy available on the website.
1.3 If you do not agree with these terms and conditions and the privacy policy, you should not use the website www.vintagebazaar.pt.
1.4 These terms and conditions may be amended at any time and without prior notice to bring them into compliance with applicable law. As such, it is the users’ responsibility to review the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions periodically, as the provisions in effect on the date the website is used will apply.
2. Seller Identification
2.1 These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed upon between Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal LDA, with its registered office at Avenida Carlos Silva, No. 9 A-B, Santo Amaro de Oeiras 2780-354 Oeiras, with Tax ID No. (NIPC): 508 990 513, and any user wishing to make a purchase through the website www.vintagebazaar.pt.
3. Product
3.1 The product images available on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt are intended to reproduce the product as accurately as possible. Different devices may affect the color of the image, so it may not match the actual product 100%.
3.2 On printed items, the position of the design may vary within the same model.
3.3 Items made using traditional craftsmanship may have slight variations in finish.
3.4 Please refer to the details and description of each item for full information.
4. Price
4.1 Product prices are those listed on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt and already include VAT at the current statutory rate.
4.2 The prices listed on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt may be updated; the price displayed at the time of ordering is the one that applies.
4.3 In accordance with current legislation, the prices listed on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt are in euros, including all applicable taxes and fees, as of the date the corresponding invoice is issued.
4.4 Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
4.5 In the event that the actual price of the ordered product is higher than the price listed on the page, the user will be contacted to accept or cancel the order.
4.6 In the event that the actual price of the ordered product is lower than the price shown on the website www.vintagebazaarpt, the difference between the actual amount and the amount paid will be refunded to the user.
4.7 The user may use the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB WAY, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
5. Delivery time
5.1 For orders with a delivery address in the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated shipping time is 24 to 48 hours.
5.2 For orders shipped outside the Iberian Peninsula, delivery times are longer and generally range from 3 to 12 business days.
5.3 However, during new collection launches or sales periods, there may be a slight delay due to the increased volume of orders.
5.4 Once your order has been shipped from our facility, you will receive a notification via email or phone with delivery information.
5.5 Please note that these shipping times do not apply to pre-order items; in such cases, estimated shipping times will be longer. For each item available for pre-order, we provide detailed information regarding the estimated shipping times when you add the item to your cart.
6. Invoice
6.1 Once the purchase process is complete, we will send you a hard copy of the invoice along with your order.
7. Exchanges and Returns

8. Complaints

8.2 For complaints submitted after the period specified in the relevant section of our website, please contact us via email at vbonline@vintagebazaar.pt.
8.3 If the item in question is within the timeframe specified in the “Exchanges and Returns” section, the seller will assess whether the complaint falls within the scope of the exchange and return policy and, if so, will replace it with an identical item or a substitute of comparable value.

11.1 In the event of disputes initiated by a consumer against Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal Lda. regarding contractual obligations arising from sales contracts entered into between Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal Lda. and consumers residing in Portugal, the consumer may refer the matter to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Body.

12. Right of Cancellation
12.1 If you made your purchase through our online store, you have 14 days from the date of your order to cancel it without giving any reason. In this case, please notify us of your decision by emailingvbonline@vintagebazaar.pt.
12.2 The user is responsible for the return shipping costs.
12.3 The refund will be issued via the same payment method used by the customer and will include the shipping costs in effect at the time of purchase.
12.4 The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same condition in which the user received them, specifically in their original packaging and with all accompanying documents.
12.5 Vintage Bazaar reserves the right to refuse returns that are shipped or reported after the return deadline, or if the items are not in good condition.
