Your order confirmation implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the privacy policy available on the website.

1. Scope


1.1 The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide all necessary information to the customer regarding the type of contracts for the purchase and sale of products and the provision of services concluded remotely, in Portugal, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14th.

1.2 Website users must carefully read the conditions and privacy policy prior to use, as by placing an order they consent to acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale as well as the privacy policy available on the website .

1.3 In case of disagreement with these conditions and privacy policy, users should not use the website www.vintagebazaar.pt .

1.4 These conditions may be changed, freely, and without any prior notice, in order to adapt them to applicable legislation. As such, it is the users' responsibility to read the Privacy Policy and General Conditions periodically, as the provisions in force at the time of using the website will apply.

2. Seller identification


2.1 These general conditions of sale are agreed between Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal LDA, with registered office at Avenida Carlos Silva, N.º 9-AB, Santo Amaro de Oeiras 2780-356 Oeiras, with NIPC: 508 990 513 and any user who wishes to make a purchase through the website www.vintagebazaar.pt .

3. Product


3.1 The images of the products available on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt aim to reproduce, as faithfully as possible, the product as it actually is. Different devices may influence the color of the image and therefore it may not correspond 100% to reality.

3.2 On printed articles, the position of the design may vary within the same model.

3.3 In articles with artisanal processes there may be small differences in the finish.

4. Price


4.1 The prices of the products are those published on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt , which already include VAT at the legal rate in force.

4.2 The prices shown on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt may be updated, and the price displayed at the time of ordering is the one applied.

4.3 In accordance with current legislation, prices established on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt must be expressed in euros, with fees and taxes included, on the date of issuance of the corresponding invoice.

4.4 Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

4.5 In the event that the actual price of the ordered product is higher than that shown on the page, the user will be contacted to accept or cancel the order.

4.6 In the event that the actual price of the ordered product is lower than that shown on the website www.vintagebazaarpt, the difference between the actual value and the amount paid will be returned to the user.

4.7 The user may use the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB WAY, Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Mastercard.

5. Delivery time


5.1 For orders whose delivery address is the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated shipping time is 24h to 48h.

5.2 For orders whose destination is outside the Iberian Peninsula, shipping times are extended and generally vary between 3 and 12 working days.

5.3 However, during collection launches or sales seasons, there may be a slight delay due to the increased volume of orders.

5.4 After the order has been dispatched from our facilities, you will receive a notification by email or telephone with delivery information.

5.5 Please note that these shipping deadlines do not apply to pre-sale items and, in these cases, the expected shipping deadlines will be longer. For each item available for pre-sale, we share detailed information regarding expected shipping times when you add the item to your cart.

6. Invoice


6.1 After completing the purchase process, we will send you the transaction invoice in physical format together with the order.

7. Exchanges and Returns


7.1 You should consult the Exchanges and Returns section of our website.

8. Complaints

8.2 For subsequent complaints, within the period stipulated in the section on our website, please also contact us via email at vbonline@vintagebazaar.pt .

8.3 If the item in question is found within the period stipulated in the “Exchanges and Returns” section, the seller will assess whether the complaint presented falls within the scope of the exchange and returns policy and, if this is the case, will replace it with another equal or substitute of comparable value.

11. Alternative dispute resolution entities


11.1 In the event of disputes initiated by a consumer against Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal Lda. that concern contractual obligations resulting from purchase and sale contracts, concluded between Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal Lda and consumers residing in Portugal, the consumer may appeal to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.

12. Right of Cancellation

 

12.1 In cases where the purchase was made in the online store, you have a period of 14 days from the day of the order to communicate the cancellation without any justifying reason. In this case, inform your decisio email vbonline@vintagebazaar.pt .


12.2 Return shipping costs are supported by the user.


12.3 The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer and will include the shipping costs at the time of purchase.


12.4 The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same conditions the user received them, namely in the original packaging and with all documents.


12.5 Vintage Bazaar reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or if the items are not in condition.
