Your confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the privacy policy available on the website.

1. Scope


1.1 The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide customers with all the necessary information about the terms and conditions of contracts for the purchase and sale of products and the provision of services concluded at a distance in Portugal, pursuant to Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14.

 

1.2 Users of the website should carefully read the terms and conditions and privacy policy before using it, as by placing an order they are agreeing to accept these general terms and conditions of sale and the privacy policy available on the website.

 

1.3 In case of disagreement with these terms and conditions and privacy policy, users should not use the website www.vintagebazaar.pt.

 

 1.4 These conditions may be changed freely and without prior notice in order to comply with applicable legislation. As such, it is the responsibility of users to read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions periodically, as the provisions in force on the date of use of the website will apply.

 

2. Identification of the seller


2.1 These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal LDA, with headquarters at Avenida Carlos Silva, n.º 9 A-B, Santo Amaro de Oeiras 2780-354 Oeiras, with NIPC: 508 990 513, and any user who wishes to make a purchase through the website www.vintagebazaar.pt.

3. Product


3.1 The images of the products available on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt aim to reproduce, as faithfully as possible, the product as it is in reality. Different devices may influence the color of the image and therefore it may not correspond 100% to reality.

 

3.2 On printed items, the position of the design may vary within the same model.

 

3.3 Items made using traditional methods may have slight differences in finish.

 

3.4 Please refer to all information in the details and description of each item.

4. Price


4.1 Product prices are those published on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt and already include VAT at the legal rate in force.

4.2 The prices listed on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt may be updated, and the price displayed at the time of ordering is the price that applies.

4.3 In accordance with current legislation, the prices established on the website www.vintagebazaar.pt are in euros, including taxes and fees, on the date of issuance of the corresponding invoice.

4.4 Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

4.5 In the event that the actual price of the product ordered is higher than that shown on the website, the user will be contacted to accept or cancel the order.

4.6 In the event that the actual price of the product ordered is lower than that shown on the website www.vintagebazaarpt, the difference between the actual price and the price paid will be refunded to the user.

4.7 The user may use the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB WAY, Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Delivery time


5.1 For orders with a delivery address in the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated shipping time is 24 to 48 hours.

5.2 For orders destined outside the Iberian Peninsula, shipping times are extended and generally vary between 3 and 12 business days.

5.3 However, during collection launches or sales periods, there may be a slight delay due to the increased volume of orders.

 

5.4 Once your order has been shipped from our facilities, you will receive a notification by email or phone with delivery information.

5.5 Please note that these shipping times do not apply to pre-sale items, in which case the estimated shipping times will be longer. For each item available for pre-order, we share detailed information regarding the estimated shipping times when you add the item to your cart.

6. Invoice


6.1 After completing the purchase process, we will send you the transaction invoice in physical format along with the order.

7. Exchanges and Returns


7.1 Please refer to the Exchanges and Returns section of our website.

8. Complaints

8.2 For subsequent complaints, within the period stipulated in the section of our website, please also contact us by email at [email protected].

8.3 If the item in question is within the period stipulated in the "Exchanges and Returns" section, the seller will assess whether the complaint falls within the scope of the exchange and returns policy and, if so, will replace it with another of the same or comparable value.

11.1 In the event of disputes initiated by a consumer against Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal Lda. concerning contractual obligations arising from purchase and sale agreements entered into between Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal Lda and consumers residing in Portugal, the consumer may resort to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.

12. Right of Cancellation

 

12.1 In cases where the purchase was made in the online store, you have a period of 14 days from the date of the order to communicate the cancellation without any justification. In this case, please inform us of your decision by email at [email protected].


12.2 The user is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.


12.3 The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer and will include the shipping costs in effect at the time of purchase.


12.4 The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same condition in which the user received them, namely in their original packaging and with all documents.


12.5 Vintage Bazaar reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or in the case of items that are not in good condition.
