Your confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the privacy policy available on the website.

1. Scope


1.1 The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide the customer with all the necessary information on the type of contracts for the purchase and sale of products and the provision of services concluded at a distance in Portugal, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.

 

1.2 Users of the site should read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy carefully before using it, since by placing an order they are consenting to accept these general terms and conditions of sale as well as the privacy policy available on the site.

 

1.3 In the event of disagreement with these conditions and privacy policy, users should not use the www.vintagebazaar.pt website.

 

 1.4 These terms and conditions may be amended freely and without prior notice in order to bring them into line with applicable legislation. As such, it is the responsibility of users to read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions periodically, as the provisions in force at the time of using the site will apply.

 

2. Identification of the seller


2.1 These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal LDA, with registered offices at Avenida Carlos Silva, n.º 9 A-B, Santo Amaro de Oeiras 2780-354 Oeiras, with NIPC: 508 990 513 and any user wishing to make a purchase through the website www.vintagebazaar.pt.

3. Product


3.1 The product images available on www.vintagebazaar.pt are intended to reproduce the product as accurately as possible. Different devices may influence the color of the image and therefore it may not correspond 100% to reality.

 

3.2 On printed items, the position of the design may vary within the same model.

 

3.3 There may be slight differences in the finish of handcrafted items.

4. Price


4.1 The prices of the products are those published on the www.vintagebazaar.pt website, which already include VAT at the legal rate in force.

4.2 The prices on the www.vintagebazaar.pt website may be updated, and the price displayed at the time of ordering is the one applied.

4.3 In accordance with current legislation, the prices set out on the www.vintagebazaar.pt website must be understood to be in euros, including taxes and duties, on the date of issue of the corresponding invoice.

4.4 Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

4.5 In the event that the actual price of the product ordered is higher than that shown on the page, the user will be contacted to accept or cancel the order.

4.6 In the event that the actual price of the product ordered is lower than that shown on www.vintagebazaarpt, the user will be refunded the difference between the actual price and the price paid.

4.7 The user may use the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB WAY, Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5. Delivery time


5.1 For orders with a delivery address in the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated shipping time is between 24 and 48 hours.

5.2 For orders to destinations outside the Iberian Peninsula, shipping times are extended and generally vary between 3 and 12 working days.

5.3 However, during collection launches or sales seasons, there may be a slight delay due to the large volume of orders.

 

5.4 Once your order has been dispatched from our premises, you will receive a notification by e-mail or telephone with the delivery information.

5.5 Please note that these delivery times do not apply to pre-sale items, in which case the delivery times will be longer. We provide detailed information on delivery times for each item on pre-order when you add the item to your cart.

6. Invoice


6.1 Upon completion of the purchase process, we will send you the invoice for the transaction in physical format together with the order.

7. Exchanges and Returns

8.2 For subsequent complaints, within the period stipulated in the section of our website, please also contact us by e-mail at [email protected]..

8.3 If the item in question is found within the period stipulated in the "Exchanges and Returns" section, the seller will assess whether the complaint made falls within the scope of the exchange and returns policy and, if so, will replace it with the same or a substitute of comparable value.

11.1 In the event of disputes initiated by a consumer against Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal Lda. concerning contractual obligations resulting from purchase and sale contracts entered into between Vintage Bazaar, Unipessoal Lda and consumers resident in Portugal, the consumer may resort to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Body.

12. Right of Cancellation

 

12.1 In cases where the purchase was made in the online store, you have 14 days from the day of the order to notify the cancellation without any justification. In this case, please inform us of your decision by emailing [email protected].


12.2 The return shipping costs are borne by the user.


12.3 The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer and will include the shipping costs in force at the time of purchase.


12.4 The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same condition in which the user received them, namely in the original packaging and with all documents.


12.5 Vintage Bazaar reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or if the items are not in good condition.
