XMAS GIFT Rules

1. Purpose of the “
” initiative: Vintage Bazaar will launch a special promotion called“XMAS GIFT – 500€,” through which it will offer one customer agift card worth a total of 500€, to be used exclusively in the online store vintagebazaar.pt.

 

 

2. Eligibility
All orders placed on the website between December 4 at 9:00 PM and December 14 at 11:59 PMare automatically included in this promotion,with no minimum purchase amount, additional registration, or any other actionrequired on the customer’s part.

 

 

3. Selection of the winner
OnDecember 15, one customer will be selected from among all valid orders placed during the campaign period. The selection will be conducted impartially and transparently, live, through the brand’s official channels.

 

 

4. Notification of the winner
The selected customer will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of the order. If we are unable to reach the winner within 15 days, another participant may be selected.

 

 

5. Gift Card – Terms of Use

  • The credit is worth€500 in purchaseson the website vintagebazaar.pt.

  • The gift card is personal and non-transferable.

  • The The gift card must be used at a 12-month term effective as of the date of issuance.

  • The The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, either in full or in part.

  • The The gift card can be used for one or more purchases until the total balance is used up.

  • The The gift card cannot be combined with other current promotions.

 

 

6. Eligible orders
The following orders are considered valid:

  • properly completed and paid,

  • with correct data,

  • not subsequently canceled by the customer.

 

 

7. Charity Initiative: “
” During the duration of this initiative,4% of sales proceedswill be donated to a charity selected by the brand. Vintage Bazaar pledges to disclose the final amount donated.

 

 

8. Changes and Cancellation
Vintage Bazaar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this event in the event of force majeure or circumstances that compromise its proper functioning, while always ensuring that participants’ rights are respected.

 

 

9. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order during the promotional period, the customer agrees tobe bound by these terms in their entirety.
